Annual salary revision 2024
The time has come for the annual salary revision, and this year the total available salary increase is 3,1 %.
Our salaries are individual and differentiated, based on the employee's performance, goal fulfillment and contribution to the business, as well as where the employee is in their role. The total available salary increase this year is 3,1%. This means that the employee with a "normal" performance that meets expectations can receive a salary increase that is lower than 3,1%. Similarly, the employee that has performed above expectations can hopefully get more than 3,1%.
The development talk between manager and employee is the basis for salary setting. This is where you and your manager analyse your work performance during the previous fiscal year (FY23), what you have achieved, and how you have met your goals. The follow-up can also take place in job chats/1-2-1s during the year.
The goal is for all employees to know the basis on which their salary is set and what they can do to influence their salary. Hereby, all employees negotiate their own salaries in the development talk with their manager.
As local unions in the salary revision, we get the overall picture of our members' proposed new salaries, and monitor that, for example, the entire salary range is distributed.
In the salary talk ("lönesamtal") with your boss, your boss informs you what your new salary will be, and explains the basis on which it has been set, based on your joint analysis in the development interview.
Finally, we would like to remind you that it is the employer who sets the salaries, not the unions.
