Each exhibitor will have access to our exhibitor portal, where you can control how your school/organization is presented to the visitors on www.sacomassan.se. On the portal you are also able to book seminars (if you like), our scanner app, as well as lunch tickets.
The portal has been developed continuously throughout the last years, also during covid when we had digital fairs, so a few things are not relevant at the moment when we have physical fairs. Please have a look at the checklist below to see what you need to fill in and what you can skip.
Further below you can also find video instructions.
Checklist – what to fill in and what to leave blank
Menu "Booking information"
- Please enter the public contact information that you want to be visible for the visitors.
- The invoice tab can be left empty as we already received your invoice address through the booking form or by email.
- Under the tab Digital extra orders you will soon be able to order lunch tickets in the form of a QR code. The used amount of lunches will then be invoiced to you after the fair.
- Under My booking you can find a summary of what stand type and size you have ordered as well as any potential seminars that you booked.
Menu "Digital content"
- Please upload your logotype (150x150 px). It should not have a transparent background but rather white or another colour of your choosing.
- Choose an attractive title and short description for your organisation/school. Please describe what you offer the students and why they should visit your booth.
- Upload an image or short video that will be shown next to your description. You can also add the same or a different video under the field for film carousel to be shown in this inspirational tool for visitors.
- Provide the links to your social media accounts.
- Add your educational programs (if any), you can even provide a description as well as a link and tick the relevant areas of interest.
- SKIP: FAQ & downloads.
Menu "Digital" --> "Searchability" (in the left-hand menu)u
This is one of the most important features as it influences if and how the visitors will find you during their preparations for the fair. So please but some time on this!
- Choose all relevant areas of interest that are relevant för you. These areas are available to the visitors to filter by.
- You can also provide additional keywords that you have not yet mentioned in your description or that are areas of interest to be found through these as well.
Menu "Seminars"
Please read more in the section "seminars" in our FAQ.
Menu "Leads Manager"
With the help ouf ours leads function you can collect the visitors' contact info if they press the "I want to know more"-button in your profile. For this to work you need to put up at least one general reason for contact which they can choose. You can also add several, e.g. for different schools, geographical areas or study programmes.
The leads manager will also generate a QR-code which you can print and put up in your booth so that the students can scan it there. You can also order our leads scanner app for an additional charge. Please get in touch if you are interested!

Most of you will have a stand package or budget stand that includes the necessary equipment, such as electricity and lighting, carpet, walls and furniture.
However, in case you have booked floor space only or would like to order additional furniture, prints, decorations and similar, you will be able to do so through the exhibitor service at both Kistamässan and Malmömässan (Nordic Expo Service).
Information about orders will be sent out in August and the deadline to order at standard prices is 31st of October in Stockholm and 4th of November in Malmö. After that prices will increase by 30%.
